Online Order Dispatch Information

Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, and we aim to have your orders dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. When your goods are dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you that your purchase is on its way. This email will also contain a tracking number.

You can also track your order anytime through the live chat using your email and order number.

Shipping Cost

All orders for NZ delivery over $120 are FREE. NZ orders under $120 will attract a $7.99 delivery fee.

Shipping Timing

Once your order is dispatched, please allow 3 - 6 working days for delivery. Deliveries to Rural Addresses and PO Boxes can take an extra 3 - 5 working days.

Delivery to any NZ address is by a courier. We aim to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible.

Orders cannot be amended once payment has been made.

Standard Shipping Times

All orders are sent as 'Authority to Leave' by Courier. If you aren't home at the time of delivery, Courier will leave it in a safe place if there is one available. Apt Collections does not take responsibility for instances of theft.
