Order

To place an order, browse through our categories, select the items you want, choose your size and colour, and click "Add to Cart." Once you’ve finished shopping, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.

We have a size guide available on each product page and Size Guide page. If you need further assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Afterpay.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package. You can also track your order anytime through the live chat using your email and order number.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping, exchange, return

Standard shipping within New Zealand is free for orders over $120.
For orders under $120, a flat rate of $7.99applies.

Once your order is dispatched, please allow 3 - 6 working days for delivery. Deliveries to rural addresses and PO boxes can take an extra 3 - 5 working days.

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

At Apt Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order you can exchange your products within 14 days of receiving.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

To return an item, please fill out the return form included in your package and send it back to us using the provided return label. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
