Returns & Exchanges

At Apt Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward exchange and return policy. 

Exchange policy 

Eligibility for exchanges: 

  • Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 
  • Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same style purchased. 
  • We only accept exchanges and returns that have been purchased at apcollections.nz

Exchange process: 

  • Fill out the exchange form included in your package or download it here, specifying the new size or colour you require. 
  • Return the product to the following address: 
    Apt Collections,
    Shop 52, Barrington Shopping Centre,

    256 Barrington Street, Spreydon,
    Christchurch 8024
  • Once we receive your item, we will send out the exchanged item. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the new item is shipped. 
  • Postage to return the parcel to us is at your own cost, however if you have asked for an exchange of an item, we will send the replacement item to you free of charge. 

Out-of-stock items: 

  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. 

Return policy 

Eligibility for returns: 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 
  • Garments purchased in our Apt Collections Store, from an Apt Collections Stockist, or from another website, must be returned to that same store or company. 
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded once purchased, even if lost or stolen.

  • Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 
  • Postage to return the parcel to us is at your own cost. 

Refunds: 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. 
  • If you return a single item purchased as part of a multi-buy promotion, you will be refunded the full price of that item, minus the total discount applied from the offer. 
  • For combination purchases ("Buy two get the third lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items to us before we can process your refund. 

Additional information 

Damaged or defective items: 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at via the Contact form, live chat or email info@aptcollections.nz. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
