Apt online can not be faulted. I mistakenly did not apply for the discount on my purchase. On emailing Apt, this was no big deal and they immediatley refunded me the discount. Incredibly obliging and I know that this would not have been so easy with other retailers.
I returned some of my purchases and the refund was prompt and accurate. I rate them very highly and will definitely shop with them in the future.
